Console-wide configuration: domain & SSL, OS updates, and security.

What it does

• Domain — point a domain at the console and issue a Let's Encrypt certificate for it.
• AI — set the Linux Pilot API key and model, and test the key before saving.
• OS Updates — list apt-upgradable packages (security-flagged), see reboot-required, and stream apt update/upgrade.
• Security — see which secret stores are sealed at rest and re-encrypt them with one click.
• Account — change the admin password.
